Domestic Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours:
Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (PST).

All orders require up to 3 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipping. However, we do our best to ship same-day for orders placed before 12 PM (PST).
Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

We offer standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders via FedEx and UPS, with delivery typically within 5-6 business days.

Expedited shipping options are also available:

• 2-Day Shipping – $29 and up

• Overnight Shipping – $39 and up

Please note: Overnight orders placed after 4 PM (PST) will be processed the following business day, in accordance with FedEx cutoff times.

IMPORTANT: THIS SHIPPING TIMELINE DOES NOT APPLY TO PRESALE ITEMS. PLEASE REFER TO THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT PAGE OF ANY PRESALE ITEM FOR SPECIFIC SHIP DATES AND PRESALE UPDATES.

DELFI COLLECTIVE is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit.

International Shipping

International orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days via Fedex Priority International shipping for a flat rate of $49.

International orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

We only accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within the United States. We accept returns for store credit, exchange or refund on all full price items within 14 days of the time of delivery.

Returns must be in an unworn condition with all tags attached. For return requests, please email hello@delficollective.com & our customer service team will get back to you promptly.

A $12 USD restock fee plus $3 USD per unit will be deducted from the refund amount.
All restocking fees are waived for the exchange + store credit option.

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

All International purchases are FINAL SALE.

Promotional items and all items purchased using a discount code qualifying 40% off or more are FINAL SALE.

All FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will then issue a refund back to the original payment method.

Please allow some time for funds to be credited back to your bank account as the processing time can vary depending on the banking institution.
