  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns if they’re in an unworn condition with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving the item.

  • How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

    It takes up to 5 - 7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account.

    We accept returns if they’re in an unworn condition with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving the item.

  • What does it mean if an item is available for preorder?

    Our products sell out fast and this allows us to hold your place & make sure you get what you want. The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. In certain circumstances, preorder dates are subject to change.

    Please note that your card will be charged fully when a preorder is placed. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you.

  • What does final sale mean?

    Final sale means it can not be returned.

    All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. All international purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All Promotional sale items marked 40% off and greater are FINAL SALE.

  • The item that I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

    The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out.

    Please note that some of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.

    Please allow 1-3 days for tracking information to update. Tracking information can be a little delayed from the time the carrier receives the package.
