Start a Return

To start a return, please ensure your items are unworn with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please have your order number ready and email hello@delficollective.com with your request. Include your order number in the subject line and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Before you begin

• Items must be in unworn condition with all tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
• A $12 USD restock fee plus $3 USD per unit will be deducted from your refund amount.
• All sale items, international purchases, and promotional items discounted 30% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original store of purchase.
